Sleep disorders can happen at any age. Before you go to the dr about it though, try cutting any caffeine out of your diet, and exercising out doing something active every day. also make sure your trying to sleep at regular intervals and magnesium supplements help…and put the computer away at least an hour beefier your ready to sleep to help you shut down.
