Insomnia – Insomniac worried about starting school? ?

Insomnia :

I’m almost never tired until very very late at night. But then I sleep in until very late. But starting in a week, I have to get up at about 5 am for school. That means going to bed at like 9. Which is VERY early for me. I never ever feel tired at that time. I have tried EVERYTHING to try and get tired to fall asleep. Nothing has worked. So don’t give me advice for that. I just don’t feel tired and can’t sleep. How do I get into the habit of this foreign sleep schedule before school starts?
Like today for example. Last night I went to bed very late. I had to get up at five (for an orientation for school) and I felt extremely sick. I wasn’t hungry for breakfast. (I never am) and I was so tired. I felt extremely jittery, shaky, and nervous. And I had anxiety attacks and felt overheated, like I was going to puke or pass out.
I really need help to get to bed early to get up early and not feel so awful in the morning.
