Free Guide How To Overcome Insomnia

My medication causes insomnia what can I do?

I have to take medication that causes insomnia and I hardly get any sleep. I usually sleep for about 4 hours a day and until my prescription runs out there is nothing I can do about it. Is there anyway to make myself sleepy?

Take the natural supplement Melatonin. I just took it 10 minutes ago and I’m already falling asleep. Good luck.

If sleep is not achieved at the proper amount, a sleeping disorder like insomnia transcends in the system. Truth is, even some substances we take in may affect the quality of sleep we will have. An example is the Antidepressant. Depression is always said to be a psychological cause of insomnia. This leads to the presumption that antidepressants may be used to sustain good sleep. However, there are substances in these drugs which affect the stages of REM sleep. It is better to ask your doctor about them to clear your mind of any doubts on this subject matter
